1. Delivery Timings
- Main Cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, etc.): Delivery usually takes 2 to 5 working days after order confirmation.
- Other Cities & Remote Areas: Delivery may take 4 to 7 working days.
- Note: Deliveries might be slightly delayed during public holidays, mega sales, or unforeseen weather conditions.
2. Shipping Charges
- We offer Standard Shipping across Pakistan.
- Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at the time of checkout based on your location and order weight.
3. Order Confirmation & Tracking
- Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation call, SMS, or email.
- Orders are only processed after successful confirmation.
- As soon as your order is dispatched, we will provide you with a Tracking ID via SMS/Email so you can track your shipment’s journey.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD) & Payment Options
- We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) all over Pakistan for your convenience. You can pay in cash to the rider at the time of receiving your parcel.
- We also accept secure digital payments via cards and mobile wallets through our payment gateway.
5. Damaged or Misplaced Parcels
- If you receive a parcel that is damaged or opened, please do not accept it from the courier rider and contact our customer support immediately.
- Please ensure you open the parcel carefully. In case of any missing items, inform us within 24 hours of delivery.
